Biography

Al-Saeed began his legal career in 2017 at a law firm in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He later joined one of the country’s leading law firms specializing in banking, insurance, civil, and commercial contract disputes, where he advanced to the position of partner. During his tenure, he was seconded as a legal advisor to a prominent Bahraini bank, further strengthening his expertise in financial and corporate law.
Throughout his career, Al-Saeed has developed extensive experience in litigation and legal advisory services, representing commercial entities, banks, and individual clients. He has advised on high-value legal matters, including disputes and transactions amounting to millions of Bahraini Dinars.
Al-Saeed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Yarmouk University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and is currently in process of attaining a Master’s degree in Commercial Law at the Applied Science University in Bahrain. He is a licensed private executor and holds a professional certification in civil and commercial mediation. Fluent in both Arabic and English, Al-Saeed serves a diverse clientele with efficiency and precision.

Biography

Mr. Mahmoud began his legal career in 2017 at a law firm in the Kingdom of Bahrain specializing in civil, commercial, and Sharia litigation. He later joined one of Bahrain’s leading law firms focusing on banking, insurance, civil, and commercial contract disputes, where he also advanced to the position of partner.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mahmoud has gained extensive experience managing a wide range of legal cases and providing legal consultations, including complex, high-value matters involving multimillion-dinar disputes.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Yarmouk University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In addition to being a licensed private executor, Mr. Mahmoud holds certifications in civil and commercial mediation, as well as labor law from the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva. He has also actively participated in numerous local and international legal conferences, further enriching his professional expertise.

Biography

Ms. Bushehri brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the fields of corporate law, company formation, and corporate governance. In 2008, she joined an international firm specializing in auditing, accounting, company formation, and taxation, where she advanced through various positions to become Deputy Manager and Advisor in Tax and Corporate Services and Secretary of the Board of Directors. In 2021, she further expanded her legal career by joining one of the leading law firms in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a Senior Associate.

Throughout her career, Ms. Bushehri has developed significant expertise in handling local and international business transactions, with a particular focus on company formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and review, and the organization of board and general assembly meetings. She has provided legal consultations for a diverse range of corporate entities operating in sectors such as investment, banking, insurance, telecommunications, and oil and gas.

Ms. Bushehri holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kingdom University, along with professional certifications in Risk Management and Anti-Money Laundering from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF). She is bilingual in Arabic and English enabling her to serve a broad and diverse client base.

Mr. Ahmed Al-Shamlawi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. He began his legal career in 2017 at one of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s leading law firms, before moving to a prominent regional law firm in Dubai specializing in business, investment, real estate, labor, and cryptocurrency-related criminal matters.
Throughout his cross-border career, Mr. Al-Shamlawi has developed substantial expertise in litigation and legal advisory services, particularly in commercial disputes and cryptocurrency-related matters. He has successfully handled advisory cases and disputes involving multimillion-dinar transactions.
Mr. Al-Shamlawi is a licensed private executor and is bilingual in Arabic and English, allowing him to serve a diverse client base across local and international markets.

Mr. Abdulhadi AlRabei is a Bahraini professional holding a Bachelor’s degree from Yarmouk University, Jordan (2016–2020). He began his career in 2020 within the legal sector, where he built expertise in legal administration, official correspondence, and coordination with governmental authorities. Through consistent dedication and growth, he obtained a Private Executor (Bailiff) license, authorizing him to directly manage Private Execution Assignments within Bahrain’s legal framework.

Mr. Abdulhadi is experienced in handling execution-related procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining effective communication with clients, courts, and public entities. He is fluent in both Arabic (native) and English, enabling him to assist clients from diverse backgrounds with clarity and professionalism.
